Yoga Sculpting with Weights:
*We have extra yoga blocks and straps for your use but you may want to bring your own mat. If you do not have one, we have mats to share. For the Yoga Sculpting class, bumbbell weights are available or you can bring your own. We recommend a set of 2lb to 5lb weights (depending on your fitness and strength level).
* We do have dumbbell weights for your use or you can bring your own. We also use an exercise mat. Weights should be 3lb - 8lb depending on your fitness level.
